Service Agreement

All bookings must be confirmed by the client via call, message, email, or website form.

Prices provided in quotes may vary based on actual inventory, additional services, distance, floor level, and other real-time factors.

Service confirmation requires an advance payment (if applicable), which is non-refundable once the booking is final.

Responsibilities of the Company

We ensure professional packing, safe handling, and secure transportation of goods.

We strive to deliver services on time; however, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, government restrictions, technical issues, or unforeseen conditions.

Fragile or high-value items must be declared in advance for proper packaging and handling.

Responsibilities of the Client

You must provide accurate information about goods, location, and service requirements.

The client must properly secure important documents, jewellery, cash, liquids, flammables, and valuable personal belongings. We do not take responsibility for loss or damage to items that are prohibited from transport.

It is the client’s responsibility to check the vehicle and premises after unloading for any left items.

Payment Terms

Full payment must be completed before unloading at the destination, unless otherwise agreed.

Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other accepted modes.

Additional charges may apply for extra labour, waiting time, additional materials, or route changes.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 24 hours of service schedule may incur charges.

Advance payment (if taken) is non-refundable after booking confirmation.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Insurance and Claims

Transit insurance is optional and may be availed at an extra cost.

Claims related to damage or loss must be reported immediately upon delivery.

The company is not liable for damages caused due to natural calamities, accidents, or client’s improper packing of self-packed items.

Limitation of Liability

Pune Packers and Movers is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We are not liable for delays beyond our control (traffic, law enforcement checks, weather, strikes, etc.).

Electronic items are moved at “owner’s risk” unless packed by our team with premium materials.

Prohibited Items

Clients must not include:

Cash, jewellery, passports, important documents

Liquids, chemicals, flammable items

Perishables, pets, explosives

If such items are found, the company holds no liability.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, graphics, images, and text on this website belong to Pune Packers and Movers. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
